Try using a deep-conditioning treatment on your hair about once a week. Just wet the hair and put on a lot of your normal conditioner. Once you’ve applied the treatment, make sure to retain the heat and allow the treatment to work by wrapping your head up in a damp towel. After having it wrapped up for an hour or so, shampoo the conditioner out of your hair and then rinse well.
